Services
We provide AI-focused design and engineering services as scoped in each proposal or statement of work.
Fees & invoicing
Fees, payment schedule, and currency are defined per engagement. Late payments may incur interest as permitted by Finnish law.
Intellectual property
Deliverables transfer upon full payment unless otherwise agreed. Pre-existing tools and libraries remain with their respective owners.
Confidentiality
Both parties will keep confidential information secure and use it only for the engagement.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees paid for the relevant engagement. No indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes will be resolved in Finnish courts unless otherwise agreed.
