Nuits processes personal data only to deliver services and respond to inquiries. We do not sell data.
Subprocessors
- Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting and edge delivery (Cloudflare Workers). Traffic may be routed globally.
- Hetzner Online GmbH: EU/EEA server infrastructure hosting our analytics instance. Data centres in Germany and Finland.
- Email provider: standard email provider for correspondence.
Analytics runs on OpenPanel, open-source software we host ourselves. No analytics vendor receives your data; there is no third-party processor in that path, only the infrastructure provider above.
Transfers
Analytics data stays within the EU/EEA and is not transferred to third countries. Website delivery and email may involve processing outside the EU/EEA by Cloudflare and our email provider; where required we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
Retention
Analytics records are retained for no longer than 12 months. See the privacy policy for other categories.
Data subject requests
Email hi@brandnuits.com for access, deletion, or other GDPR requests. We respond within 30 days.
